Terms of Service

GENERAL
Will draw: OCs, fanart, vtubers, NSFW (with a price increase), etc.
Won't draw: Mecha, hateful things, anything discriminatory.PAYMENTS
Deposit is required. Full payment is required after the completion of the final sketch.REVISIONS
Big revisions are okay during the sketch. After sketch minimal changes can be made. Skebs will receive no revisions.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Please be patient with me and allow me to have up to a month to complete the drawing. It will most likely be completed within 2 weeks but having flexible time is better for me. If needed by a certain date it may increase the price.USE
No Al or NFTs under any circumstances. As well as no reselling or selling my artwork. Do not claim my artwork as your own. If you post it please use credit.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
As the artist, I reserve the rights to use the artwork for portfolio purposes and using it for examples. The client is not able to resell or sell my artwork in any way. There is a commercial use fee. The client is also strictly not allowed to use the artwork for Al or NFTs.REFUNDS
There can be a refund if no artwork is created. After the drawing is created there will be no refunds allowed.COMMUNICATION
I will give continuous updates on where i am with the commission! If you would like to communicate through a different platform please inform me.
